Recycling your empty toner cartridges may be something you want to consider. Not only may it put money back in your pocket, it also helps the environment, and keeps your office space clean and clutter free.
Unfortunately, not every empty toner cartridge is worth something. Usually the older models have no value, while the newer ones can bring in a substantial credit. Below you will find a partial list of some of the most common cartridges and their perspective value when empty. Please note, that this is just a guideline, and does in any way reflect what exactly you will be receiving as a credit on your empties. It really depends on the current market situation, and the condition of the empty cartridge.

So what happens if you want to send them back?
All you have to do is to call your account representative extraordinaire at 800-365-9545 and let him know that you have empty toner cartridges to send back. If you are local, we will just send over a driver. If you are in a different State or not local to us, and depending on what cartridges you have and how many, we will send you a UPS label to have them picked up. After the manufacture gets the cartridges, they will issue us a credit and we will then issue you a credit, minus the cost of the UPS label, if applicable. It normally takes about 30 days after receiving the empties, for you to get a credit memo.
