Marx Acosta-Rubio

Of all the greatest things in life I have ever done, having kids and getting married are the top two. I met my wife Nancy, at UCLA, and even though she dumped me after a week of dating, we were engaged 6 months later, and married 3 1/2 years after that. In fact, the night she dumped me, I told her she would marry me. (I guess I was right.) Our oldest son Marx is 12, our second son Jax is 9, and our baby girl (the apple of my eye), Alex, was born 7 years ago. They are the single most important things in my life. I love to play with them and spend every free moment I have doing so.

Family aside, Onestop is my passion. I launched Onestop over 11 years ago with the vision of creating an unparalleled office supply company. One that offered customers an experience and sense of satisfaction that would be second to none in our industry. To accomplish this, I developed an infrastructure with talented, friendly reps and processes that assured our clients received a uniquely consultative service with unrivaled access to products and customized pricing. I am proud to say the model has proved to be a good one. We have grown every year since our founding, and at a rate that has earned us awards and accolades from business magazines and TV programs the chart the fastest growing US companies. We are now the largest independent reseller of Ink & Toner in California, and on our way to becoming the largest independent office supply company on the West Coast. Along the way, we will continue to adhere to the principles that have defined our character and successfully guided us to date, which includes an unwavering commitment to integrity, ethical business practices and personal growth as individuals and professionals.
